I spend a lot of time in the kitchen, and not just for obvious reasons… I love to cook. And, like many homes, ours is host to numerous social occasions. So, when I design a kitchen, I’m always looking for that perfect combination of cooking potential and social gathering. Every client will have specific needs, and each space is unique in its size and shape, and therefore may pose some design hurdles. For me, that’s where the fun begins.
My designs tend to be more practical and user friendly, with emphasis on clean lines, charm and warmth. Here are some photos of some different kitchens with differing styles and wood species. You will see some of the cabinet details that I like to include: spice racks, trash pullouts and blind corner units. I’ve also included a design phase rendering as well as “during construction” photos.
